Hubby and I were feeling under the weather today but we had to go out and complete some errands. We stopped by Ichiraku Izakaya for lunch and had their Shio ramen and katsudon. Yes, the katsudo was really that large. It’s a thick hunk of tasty pork. The shio ramen’s broth was lighter than our normal go-to shoyu ramen and was exactly what we need to soothe our sniffles a bit.
There’s so much I want to write about but I really haven’t got the time or energy these past few weeks. Hopefully I can pick up the pen again soon. ☺️
